TASTINGS

Tasting set No. 1 — “Under the blue bottle”

Armenian merchant Tigran, who will treat you with cranberry liqueur “Moravianka” and tell the story related to this coffee house, located in an old house of the 17th century, is waiting for you there. By the way, in the past, this house was really owned by an Armenian merchant.

Tasting set No. 2 — “Under the Golden Rose”

Here you are already waiting for the owners – Mendel and Fruma. Bitter “Peysykhivka” has already been poured and the treat has been prepared – matzah and namazanka (hummus and vorschmack).
Tasting set No. 3 — restaurant of author’s liqueurs “Podpolnyy Kondrat”

Let’s return to the center of the Jewish quarter, walk along Vekslyarsky Square (bills (receipts) were once signed here), and go to an establishment where you are also already waiting. By the way, there are 70 liqueur types in assortment !!! … You will meet up with the manufacturer of this tasty treat and can even taste some types.

Tasting set No. 4 — restaurant “Myasa i spravedlivosti’

You are already waiting for an official of medieval Lviv – Mr. Malodobry (that was the name of Lviv executioner in the days of old). He prepared the bitter “Golova z plech!” (“Off with his/her head!”) for his guests – it’s better to try it, otherwise he will suddenly get angry!

According to the book by the well-known author, a secret anti-religious society of illuminates kills a researcher and plans to blow up Saint Peter’s Dome which is the main temple for Catholics around the world. American professor Robert Langdon, teaching the religious symbolism at Harvard University, confronts the intruders.

Many secret hits, which will help to confront and protect the Christian outpost at the Vatican from unrecoverable, are hidden in the Roman Catholic churches and former churches of Lviv.

But where are they? — We’ll take the first scroll and hurry up, because time is not playing on our side today!

1-st STAGE

The teams are divided into groups. The team captains are

selected at random.

2-nd STAGE

The teams gather together, receive the basic instructions and get acquainted with the general rules of the game. Each team captain receives an envelope, which is simultaneously opened according to a signal. Then they go in different directions according to the encrypted instructions received in the envelope. When moving from one point to the next, the teams can pick up the “scrolls” with hints in a certain place. All teams will go through the same locations, but in a different sequence. Having completed the last task, they receive the full information with the exact address where the treasure is hidden. After checking the photo facts, the team that came first and did not lose points takes the reward in accordance with the rules. The teams that came later receive the consolation prizes.

WALKING EXCURSION PROGRAM “INTERIORS OF OPERATIC THEATRE AND COFFEE TASTING”

Excursion through the interiors of the operatic theatre which is the pearl and decoration of the city. It is one of the most beautiful buildings in Europe. A professional art expert will be waiting for you in the lobby in order to make known the interior elements. The theatre will amaze the visitors with its unique facade, decorated sculptural compositions with motifs of Greek myths and statues of muses. The theatre attic is crowned with the image of “Glory” with the gold-covered palm branch, which is the symbol of the largest award for people who have devoted their lives to art.

The Opera lobby invites you to continue your acquaintance with the theater. The Mirror Hall and the Auditorium will hold a fascination with their interiors. During the excursion you will learn a lot of interesting things about the people’s life who lived and exercised with the Pearl of the European Opera Stage.

“TASTING OF COFFEE FLAVOURED WITH OLD LVIV”

Lviv is not only beautiful monuments of architecture, interesting people who created it, majestic sculpture and a unique history, but also incredibly interesting and cosy thematic restaurants and cafés. We invite you to the city of coffee aromas and chocolate delight. You will have the opportunity to enjoy an aromatic coffee “for excursion dessert” (4 types of coffee and a cake are tasted), which will be personally prepared by the coffee masters. Having tasted coffee, you will learn how the coffee drink originated, the coffee way from the East to Europe, how the aromatic drink came to Ukraine, namely to Lviv.
