At brewery “Tsypa” you have a unique opportunity to personally observe the beer production process, as the “heart” of the brewery can be clearly seen through a glass partition. The quality of the brewed beer is guaranteed by the German equipment Braumeister. The ingredients are only natural, made in Germany and the Czech Republic, without pasteurization or preservatives.

Tasting of cheese varieties in the Carpathian Rosenthal Cheese Manufactory
Corporate chef of “Tsypa” tested new recipes, experimented, improved the taste until the first varieties of craft cheese began to take shape. While the production process had been creating, the most tasting events were, of course, in Kvasy. However, small batches of cheese had already been sent to establishments “Tsypa” in Lviv, Ivano-Frankivsk and Kyiv. Rosenthal now produces semi-soft, yoghurt and brined cheeses made of Kvasy cow’s milk.
