Hutsul food | drink Teams taste Hutsul cheeses and tinctures. Then they guess with blindfolded eyes.
Banosh into the studio. Master class for the preparation of Hutsul Banosh.
Oi Smereko!! The forest is chopped in the Carpathians in the harshest possible way, so we hold an eco-action ‘Plant a fir-tree for the company.’
Pack into a sleeping bag. Teams are packed into and unpacked out of a sleeping bag.
Challenge Camping Teams assemble and disassemble tourist tents.
The voice of the Carpathians Teams together with Hutsul try to make long sounds using trembita.

Final Announcement of the best team. Parade of the participants.
Prizes Each team receives a prize (a basket with tinctures, Carpathian tea and honey).
Arkan | General Hutsul dance ‘Arkan.’ All teams put their hands on each other’s shoulders.

Picnic lunch in an open location – Polonyna Pertsi. Unsurpassed Hutsul cuisine. All dishes are prepared on an open fire: mushroom soup with homemade noodles, baked lamb on a spit, Hutsul banosh with brynza and pork scratchings. Tinctures of own production for degustation. Music collective entertains the guests.

This is a place for those who want to feel Hutsul authenticity, to see folk crafts, and to get a unique opportunity to create, to visit a cattle shed house where you will learn about how cheese is made in the highlands, to taste initial Ukrainian dishes, to listen to Hutsul music, to check in the house of Molfar, who will give a guided tour into the world of Hutsul ancient knowledge, or just to admire the landscapes of the Carpathians, and to take a lot of photos:)))
