TO ORDER A TOUR

ESSENCE OF THE CONCEPT

The Hutsuls have decided to challenge the International Olympic Committee and apply Yaremche to take part in the Winter Olympic Games. Moreover, the Hutsuls also move forward their sports. Today (on the day of the event) the commission arrives for approving this or that sport and deciding whether the Ukrainian Carpathians will be able to host the Winter Olympic Games. The participants are divided into teams. Let’s make the names for them. We call everyone to line up, raise the flag of the general sponsor of the Winter Olympic Games (the “Customer” company). A presenter tells what games will be played by our teams.

TOUR PROGRAM

Start:

– Separation of game participants into teams;
– Issuance of numbered T-shirts to game participants with logo of the company;
– Registration with IOC representatives;
Hutsul sports (examples):

— throwing snowballs (we throw a snowball at a target (possibly a competitor’s shield), but we evaluate accuracy and artistry);
– — ski moonshine (we need to bring moonshine in a definite time, spilling at little as possible from the given vessel);
— 4×50 relay race (the relay race is taken-over after emptying a glass of moonshine and salo (cured slabs of fatback, rarely pork belly);
— winter basketball;
— Carpathian sleigh races;
— team ski race (special skis, on which 4 persons can stand at once);
— Hutsul snow hockey (instead of hockey sticks – brooms);
— team mountain biking ride with obstacles;
— Hutsul gladiator games (special sport outfit);
— and so on
Atmosphere:

Everything proceeds in an atmosphere of the Winter Olympic Games (it’s not the winning, it’s the taking part), but company “Do Karpat” awards each team for this or that sport and the main gift is a prize for all teams (medals, cups).
Final:

Ceremonial parade of participants, awards presentation (medals, cups). It is musically accompanied with a professional speaker system (speakers, remote control, radio microphones).
Food:

Picnic on the territory of recreational rest area of the Carpathian National Natural Park. Treating with mushroom soup cooked in a kettle, Hutsul home-made sausages and special hot wine.

The final scenario plan of this event will be written, as well as the logo and rewards will be developed depending on the location, time and number of participants.

Production of company banner, against the background of which the games will be held;
Production of Hutsul passport for all game participants.
